IPI has recently signed partnership MOUs with Sabanci University, Inovent Innovative Ventures, Arizona Technology Enterprises (AzTE) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). The partnerships give IPI access to their portfolio of innovative technologies and provide them connections to Singapore-based enterprises for technology commercialisation and collaborations.
Sabancı University is a private research institution in Istanbul established by the Sabanci Foundation. Inovent is Turkey's first technology commercialization and seed fund company fully owned by Sabanci University. Inovent's focus is on the commercialization of early stage technologies with a particular focus on fostering faculty based entrepreneurship.
Arizona Technology Enterprises (AzTE) is the exclusive intellectual property management and technology transfer organization for Arizona State University (ASU). Among U.S. institutions with at least US$300 million in research expenditures, AzTE ranked in the top ten for invention disclosures, licenses and options, and startups formed per $10 million in research. ASU is the largest public university in the United States and one of the Top 100 universities in the world.
NTNU is Norway’s second largest university and the only university in Norway with a main national responsibility for higher education in engineering and technology.
