Francois Joubert is a commercially focused senior executive with a track record of transforming end-to-end supply chains and delivering strong operational performance. He has broad international experience gained over 30 years in the FMCG, agricultural and industrial sectors, with senior Operations leadership roles in Africa, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Australia/New Zealand.
Francois recently retired as the Vice President, Supply Chain for Kellogg Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this, he was the General Manager, Consumer Operations for Fonterra in ANZ, and Operations Director for General Mills in Asia and ANZ.
Francois has experience as a board director for JV companies in Africa and as a ministerial appointed non-executive director for a statutory board in Victoria, Australia. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Francois is a graduate Chemical Engineer. He has a MBA from North West University in South Africa and completed the Business and Sustainability Leadership Program from Cambridge University.
