Manager, Digital Platforms

About the Role

As a Manager, Digital Platforms at IPI, you will lead and manage initiatives to drive organisational productivity & efficiency improvement, customer experience enhancements and knowledge retention through the deployment of latest digital technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

  • Working closely with business end users, guide them on how to use platform effectively, which ultimately drive business value realisation on investment made.
  • Close collaboration with vendor partners to articulate IPI business needs by arriving with functional specifications and business, technical test scenarios
  • Identify training (refresher) needs from business stakeholders and organise such training to drive digital platform adoption

Project Management and Delivery:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and system integrators to deliver impactful digital solutions.
  • Develop and execute project plans, adhering to agile methodologies, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough testing to guarantee application stability, functionality, and security.
  • Drive solution adoption and user training to maximize business impact.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Discover, extract, and cleanse data from internal and external sources to support data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement robust data models to optimize data accessibility and usability.
  • Develop and maintain informative dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning for data-driven process improvements.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

  • Analyze existing processes such as Technology Scouting to identify areas for automation and optimization through AI enabled solutions.
  • Develop recommendations for implementing new technologies and process improvements.
  • Benchmark industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Pre-requisites:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise applications (CRM, data analysis, or related systems)
  • Proven track record in deploying and implementing digital solutions
  • Demonstrated success in driving solution adoption
  • Experience in developing and maintaining customer-facing interfaces
  • Proficiency in data modeling and reporting

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced data analysis skills to extract insights from large datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on Agile methodologies

Technical Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
  • Proficiency in SaaS application customization and configuration
  • Expertise in application testing and quality assurance
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Adaptability to learn and apply new technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, natural language processing, Large Language Model)
