His last role as the VP Sales, APAC has enhanced his vast exposure in Sales Management across the region with diverse understanding of the different business and social cultures.
Through the years, Shaun has been instrumental with in-depth involvement in various Start-up/SME ranging in industrial manufacturing, technology and online games. Shaun conducts Business & Sales Mentoring across Retail, Industrial, Technology, Properties and Financial Planning coaching in various disciplines and strategies. He has in depth understanding of the challenges faced by Start-up/SME and has developed great empathy to customize his coaching approaches accordingly.

Brendan O’Shaughnessy is the COO at ViSenze, an artificial intelligence company powering visual commerce at scale for brands and publishers. In this role, Brendan is responsible for the company’s operational, go-to-market strategies solutions development, as well as leading global sales initiatives. Since joining ViSenze, Brendan has played a major role in growing the company’s client base and solutions offering, and continues to do so through his sales leadership. Prior to ViSenze, Brendan was in business development at Amazon Web Services, a consultant for Capgemini, and was the Vice President of Sales at Ooyala.
Brendan has 25 years of experience in digital technologies with areas of specialization in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, and retail. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys sports, reading, and family time.

Kelvin Lam has been the Head of Business Development for EZ-Link Pte Ltd since 2012. He is responsible for the overall driving adoption and transactions in key verticals primarily in Public Transport, Retail and Motoring (Car Parking and Electronic Toll Payments) through the ez-link card, Singapore’s leading contactless smart card. He also manages the portfolio of consumer and corporate verticals for Prepaid Mastercard for EZ-Link as a Prepaid Card Issuer since 2008; the first non-bank card issuer for Prepaid Mastercard cards.
In 2017, together with key stakeholders of EZ-Link, the launch of the EZ-Link app has brought about opportunities for Kelvin to work on value propositions that would bring convenience to EZ-Link’s customers such as the management of ez-link cards, contactless top ups, auto top ups and EZ-Pay; Singapore’s first free card-less ERP payment service. The EZ-Link Wallet is a personal mobile wallet within the EZ-Link App that allows consumers to make payments conveniently at retail outlets domestically & overseas by scanning a SGQR Code or at an Alipay Connect-enabled merchant.
As a connectivity to millions of EZ-Link customers, he also oversees EZ-Link Rewards where it allows EZ-Link to connect merchants with customers through the loyalty platform.
